11.29.11 - Good Food Here would like to welcome Sushi PDX to our community. Sushi PDX is the only sushi food cart in Portland owned and managed by people who invented sushi, the Japanese.  
 
Currently doing mostly American-style sushi. Executive chef Toshi Yokoo was born and raised in Japan, and has been a sushi chef for nearly 20 years. He has worked at finest sushi bars in Los Angeles and Portland.
