The Cart with No Name serves terrific grilled sandwiches including a grilled sirloin steak with herbed-mayo, greens & feta on a french hoagie, grilled chicken breast on ciabata, grilled chicken wraps, grilled PB & J and grilled PB & Chocolate. Our food is a mix of Korean and Hawaiian. We serve brown and white rice, yakisoba noodles. We have meat, vegetarian and vegan options. Pulled pork, teriyaki chicken, kalbi beef ribs, Bee Bim Bap (veggies & rice with a fried egg on top), vegan bowl and veggies. Add a sauce--peanut, teriyaki, BBQ and sweet horseradish!

Currently doing mostly American-style sushi. Executive chef Toshi Yokoo was born and raised in Japan, and has been a sushi chef for nearly 20 years. He has worked at finest sushi bars in Los Angeles and Portland.
